The Aravali Region covers approximately 800 km from northeast to southwest across states of Rajasthan, Haryana, and Gujarat is rich in mineral resources. The Aravali Region runs across the Rajasthan from southwest to the northeast, for more than 850 km is pre-eminent in quarrying and mining in India and the largest producer of soapstone in the country, which produces 88% of the total output of the country.
Centered in Udaipur, close to major stone quarry hub in Rajasthan, Aravali Polyart was established in the year 1996 for the production of Soapstone and Dolomite. The company has its own mines near the village Piparach in Udaipur, Rajasthan with the production capacity of 16118 TPA of Soapstone & 2, 25, 663 TPA of dolomite and covers 72.01 Ha M.L. area.
Mining in the area will be done by open cast, semi-mechanized method using excavators and dumpers for excavation of mineral and overburden while keeping the benches height of 6 m and width 8 m. |
